Entity: JusticeBot (“JusticeBot,” “we,” “our,” “us”)
Sites: https://justicebot.org, https://evejusticebot.org, and https://justicebot.io (collectively, the “Sites”)
Contact: legal@justicebot.org

1) No Legal Advice; Not a Law Firm

JusticeBot is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services. The Sites and Services may provide general legal information only. Information, AI outputs, forms, templates, messages, and other materials are not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional. Your use of the Sites/Services does not create a lawyer–client relationship with JusticeBot.
No privilege. Communications with JusticeBot (including chat and AI outputs) are not covered by lawyer–client privilege. Privilege may apply only to communications with your independent legal professional under a separate engagement.

2) Connection to Independent Professionals

At your request, we can connect you with qualified legal professionals to review information and provide legal services if you choose. These professionals are independent, set their own terms and fees, and are licensed/regulated by their respective law societies. Any lawyer–client relationship is exclusively between you and the professional you engage; JusticeBot is not a referral service and does not take a percentage of legal fees.
Availability & conflicts. Any introduction is subject to lawyer availability, a conflicts check, and identity/eligibility requirements the professional may impose.

3) Accuracy, Timeliness & Your Responsibility

Laws change and vary by jurisdiction. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or applicability to your situation. You are responsible for reviewing any information or output with a qualified legal professional before relying on it.

4) Emergencies & Critical Situations

The Sites/Services are not for emergencies. If you are in danger or face imminent harm, contact local emergency services immediately.

5) Sponsored Visibility & Credits (Brand-Funded Access)

Some placements on the Sites are paid brand visibility and are labeled “Sponsored” (FR-CA: “Commandité”) clearly and prominently on every surface (web, mobile, email, messaging). Sponsorships are brand marketing (not donations) and may help fund access through promotional, non-cash credits (“Credits”). Credits are issued at our discretion, are not money, not gift cards, non-transferable, and may expire (see Terms for details). Sponsored placements are not endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees of results.
No impact on organic results. Sponsored/Commandité placements are separate from and do not affect the order of organic search or directory results.

6) Promotional Domain & Email (if included in your plan)

If your plan includes a domain and email:

  • JusticeBot covers first-year registration up to USD $16 for one (1) standard, non-premium domain and one (1) professional email mailbox. If the chosen domain costs more than $16 (e.g., premium TLDs), you pay the difference before registration.

  • Renewals are at then-current market rates charged by the registrar; add-ons (e.g., WHOIS privacy, premium DNS, extra mailboxes) are not included unless expressly stated.

  • Temporary registration to facilitate setup (with safeguards). For setup efficiency, the domain may be initially registered in JusticeBot’s name as a temporary custodian/administrator. You are the beneficial owner from initial registration. On your request at any time, and in any event within 5 business days, JusticeBot will transfer the domain into your legal name and email as Registrant at no additional service fee (you remain responsible for any registrar transfer fees and any premium price difference). Until transfer is completed, you authorize JusticeBot to manage DNS solely to provide the Services. JusticeBot will not assert any lien, security interest, or set-off over the domain and will not withhold transfer except where required by law, court/registrar order, or a UDRP/DRS dispute.
Accurate registrant data. You are responsible for providing timely, accurate registrant details needed for registration or transfer; registration/transfer may be delayed until those details are provided.
(Full details appear in the Terms & Conditions.)

7) No Endorsement; Third-Party Links & Services

References to third parties (lawyers, firms, brands, services, or sites) are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Payments are processed by independent payment processors; JusticeBot is not a payment processor and does not hold funds.

8) Privacy & Personalization (Summary)

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including limited first-party personalization (e.g., coarse location, interest categories/brands, age range) to tailor content and sponsor visibility inside JusticeBot. We do not participate in cross-context behavioral advertising networks. You can opt out of marketing/sponsorship personalization at any time (see Privacy Policy).

9) No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Sites/Services and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JusticeBot disclaims all warranties (including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy). JusticeBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages. Our aggregate liability is limited as described in the Terms & Conditions.
No guarantee of outcome. JusticeBot does not guarantee that a professional will accept your matter or that any particular outcome will be achieved.

10) Jurisdiction; Consumer Rights

This Disclaimer is subject to the Terms & Conditions, including governing law, venue, dispute resolution, and consumer-rights provisions applicable to your location. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights in your jurisdiction. For Québec consumers, documentation is available in French upon request.

11) Regulatory Note (Canada)

Lawyer regulation in Canada is handled by the provincial/territorial law societies. JusticeBot is not a law society and is not endorsed by any law society. We provide technology and general legal information only and can connect you to qualified legal professionals for review at your option.

12) Headings; Interpretation

Headings (including descriptive phrases) are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Examples are illustrative, not exhaustive.

13) Changes

We may update this Disclaimer and will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Sites/Services after updates indicates your acknowledgment of the revised Disclaimer.
