This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data for: (a) our members and site visitors (we act as controller), and (b) your client data processed via the Services (we act as processor under a DPA, available on request).

  • Account & usage: settings, logs, device/browser info, interactions, support tickets.

     

  • Billing: transaction details (processed by Stripe/DusuPay; we do not store full card details).

  • Marketing preferences: subscriptions, tags, consent status.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases (GDPR/PIPEDA‑aligned)

  • Provide & configure Services (contract necessity).

  • Support & communications (contract necessity/legitimate interests).

  • Product improvement & security (legitimate interests).

  • Marketing (email/newsletters) (consent; you can withdraw at any time).

  • Compliance & enforcement (legal obligations/legitimate interests).

4.  Data Sharing & International Transfers

We use vetted processors/sub‑processors (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payments, messaging). We do not sell personal data. Data may be transferred to countries outside your own; where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards.

5. Retention

We retain member/account data for the Term and as needed for legal/accounting (typically up to 2 years after closure), then delete or anonymize. Support logs and system backups are retained for limited periods. Client data processed as processor is handled per your instructions and the DPA.

6. Security

We employ industry‑standard safeguards (encryption in transit/at rest; access controls; role‑based permissions). No method is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object, and to withdraw marketing consent. Contact privacy@justicebot.org. We may verify identity and deny requests where exceptions apply.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. Do not submit children’s data without lawful basis and necessary consents.

9. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools for essential operations, analytics, and preferences. You can adjust your browser settings. A cookie notice/configurator may be provided.

10. Communications & CASL/GDPR

We only send marketing emails with consent or as otherwise permitted by law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
